This is a pretty cool nature story. The deer in the water had a broken leg and when the bear found out he couldn't outrun him like they do everyday, he thought he could have some fresh venison for dinner.

But the local CO couldn't help but feel sorry for the deer and scared the mean old bear away.

The deer lives another day.
